Well, after another stay in the hospital, two weeks ago, and one week coming off of the meds and general recuperation, things are starting to look back to normal.<\/p>\n
The worst part of the hospital, other than being sick, is the constant poking, prodding, and being woken in the middle of the night. \u00a0First it’s the nursing staff with more meds, then two hours later it’s vitals. \u00a0Then the 4 AM blood draw. \u00a0Finally, after a few hours of sleep, the doctor strolls in at 8 AM and cheerfully says “so, you’re sleeping in today?”. \u00a0Yeah doc, it’s my day off. \u00a0Thought I’d lie around all day and do nothing.<\/p>\n
Though, to be fair, food and help at the push of a button. \u00a0Hours of lounging reading or watching tv. \u00a0And all the coffee I could care to drink. \u00a0I guess it’s somewhat of a stay-cation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
